Collection: Eryngium

A diverse genus in the Apiaceae family, ranging from compact herbaceous perennials to much taller architectural species. Foliage may be deeply divided, leathery or strongly spined, while the characteristic cone-like flower heads are surrounded by conspicuous bracts in shades of blue, violet, silver, green or white.
