Shipping policy

1) We will deliver the Plants to the Address within the Delivery Area you specify in your order. Please give instructions about where you would like the plants left, if you are out when they are delivered. Please note that we will endeavour to ensure, but cannot guarantee, that the carrier follows your instructions. We cannot, in principle, accept any liability or loss or damage to the plants once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.

2) We will deliver all plants within thirty days of receiving your order except where we are prevented from so doing by factors outside our control. If we are unable to comply with this requirement (and we have been unable to agree an extended period of time for delivery with you) we will inform you and refund any payment which has been made by you.
