Forms a bold clump of huge, glossy, green leaves sprinkled with white speckles, rising to 1–1.5 m, while its towering flower stems often reach 2–3m in optimum conditions.

The magnificent white, trumpet-shaped blooms (known as spathes) appear on upright stems above the foliage from mid-summer into autumn, bringing a dramatic “jungle-luxury” feel to the garden.

Thriving in moist or boggy soil, part shade to full sun, this cultivar is ideal as a specimen plant, for pond-margins, or in tropical-style borders where the foliage becomes a striking architectural feature.
