Description An evergreen, twining climber with large glossy leaves irregularly marked green and cream, often developing pink to reddish tones in colder weather.

Clusters of strongly scented white flowers, ageing to cream, are produced from June to August. Typically reaching around 3m here, it is useful for covering walls, fences and trellis, although the stems need support rather than clinging directly to masonry.

Hardy in a sheltered position; in our conditions it has also performed well on a north-facing wall.
