Stunning broad felted silver-white foliage, less important clusters of yellow flowers, neat 30cm. Well-drained open soil, sun but with shelter from fierce afternoon sun. Sea cabbage (Falklands). PVR applied for but it's a species with an irrelevant cultivar name!
