Sambucus nigra 'Golden Tower' is a unique, upright elder with brilliant golden foliage that adds height, colour and texture to garden landscapes. This columnar variety is perfect for smaller gardens, borders and architectural planting, reaching up to 3-4m in height while maintaining a narrow, space saving habit.

From late spring to early summer, it produces clusters of pale pink, nectar rich flowers, attracting pollinators and beneficial insects. These are followed by dark purple black berries in autumn, providing seasonal interest and food for wildlife.

A low maintenance, hardy shrub, 'Golden Tower' thrives in full sun to partial shade, requiring little upkeep once established.
