RUMEX ACETOSA subsp.ACETOSA 'SAUCY'

Autumn, winter and spring leaves are remarkable - marbled pink, white and pale green - like some human flesh I can name, 20cm. Summer foliage dull cream variegated but can be reinvigorated by shearing to the ground. Good in any soup.
