On the scale of a primrose, with deep violet-purple flowers with well separated petals from a dark purple calyx on long deep pink pedicels, through the winter (Dec)Feb-May. Distinctive leaves. Lovely. Named after Collingwood Ingram. Relatively small-eyed.
