Odd phenology; naked heads yellow flowers Aug-Nov, lovely fluffy 4-5 pinnate foliage follows - winter, spring and summer, decorative heads of shining winged seeds, 60cm. Slowly clumping and very perennial. Seed collected Monte Lauro, Sicily, 986m.altitude. Synonym Cachrys ferulacea.
