A reliable and generous perennial with soft grey-green foliage and abundant spikes of lavender-blue flowers from May to October. Reaching up to 65cm, it forms a graceful, airy mound that’s ideal for hot, dry borders, wildlife friendly planting and Mediterranean style schemes.
Loved by pollinators, tough in drought, and low maintenance, this variety is arguably the best of the catmints for colour, scale, and staying power.
My opinion is that this common variety beats the rest hands down.
