NECTAROSCORDUM SICULUM subsp.BULGARICUM

Clusters of maroon red or yellow and green flowers on tall stems May-Jul, 1m, seed heads turn up as if they'd had a nasty electric shock but are good for dried ornament. Easy even dry shade. (Synonyms N.siculum, Allium siculum.) Looks good with Sorbaria 'Sem'.
