Prolific dwarf bearded iris flowers 15cm - soft purple standards with blue veins, plum falls with blue guide lines and a pale blue beard Mar-Apr, grey-green foliage 10cm. Collected Okhotnyche Plateau, 1100m. altitude. Synonym I.pumila subsp.pumila.
