HELLEBORUS x HYBRIDUS 'PHILIP BALLARD'

HELLEBORUS x HYBRIDUS 'PHILIP BALLARD'

Black-purple flowers with a bluish bloom (could be described as slate-coloured) Dec-Apr. dark foliage, 40cm. Easy, reliable and very long-lived. The overall shape and dissection of the foliage is distinctive and resembles H.foetidus so maybe that's an ancestor.
