Raised by Q. van Nuland In Holland in 2003. It's one that everyone will want in the garden. Lovely SCENTED starry single flowers with yellow-bottomed dusky vermilion petals curled like a child's plastic windmill, Jun-Oct. Attracts butterflies, 75cm.
