CEPHALARIA TRANSSYLVANICA W&B BG J-1
CEPHALARIA TRANSSYLVANICA W&B BG J-1
Cephalaria transsylvanica W&B BG J-1 is an airy plant featuring perfect lighter and darker mauve scabious flowers with violet anthers, each flower measuring 1-2cm wide. Growing up to 2m in height and spreading 1.7m, it also produces pretty straw-coloured seed heads.
Collected in Marinka, Bulgaria, where it is often found as a weed of cultivation, this plant is perfect for adding height and texture to mixed borders or naturalistic plantings. Its delicate flowers sway gently in the breeze, creating a soft, romantic atmosphere in the garden.
