CAREX PHYLLOCEPHALA 'SPARKLER'

Dazzling Japanese cultivar of a Chinese species. Cream-variegated evergreen leaves in ascending whorls on stiff stems, tall at 60cm. Hardy but also makes a very good pot plant responding well to larger pots and rich living.
