ATRIPLEX HALIMUS

Good evergreen grey-leaved shrub, 2-3m. Cut back as you wish (can be stooled or even makes a hedge). Good cut foliage with a pearly glazing particularly noticeable in artificial light. The leaves taste delightfully salty. Virtually flowerless.
