Neat 50cm high rounded spiny plants sometimes in clusters and 5m spires of yellow feathery flowers. Hardy strain from 1250m.high Riverside Co.CA. Hardy to -16C in Badsey. Suffered but not dead at -17C. Killed at -20C.
