Kalimeris is a small but valuable genus of herbaceous perennials prized for their tidy habit, long flowering season and understated beauty. Closely related to asters, Kalimeris produce soft, daisy like flowers from early summer well into autumn, often starting weeks earlier than traditional Michaelmas daisies and continuing for much longer.
