Spathe dark purple with distinct longitudinal stripes, spadix-appendage flagelliform, very long and dark purple. Single trifoliate leaf with conspicuous raised veins on each leaflet. Moist shady forest floor, 2000-2600m altitude, Khumbu Himal.
