Here are a few answers to common questions about our Mail Order Service.
What is the Pot size for most plants?
Pot size for most is 1.5 litre, but it depends on the plant. Small plants, like snowdrops, are grown in smaller pots.
Do you send them out in pots?
We normally take the plants out of their pots to despatch them. If you will not be able to plant them when you receive them, you can ask us to leave them in their pots.
How is my order packed?
We pack our parcels using shredded paper and newsprint which can be composted.
How old are the plants you send?
Sometimes we may only have some smaller/younger plants, which we will supply at a reduced cost. We usually contact you about this.
When will you send out my plants?
We normally aim to despatch your plants within a week, although this may be extended when we are very busy.
